We had sloppy joes Monday night. Wyatt wouldn't try it until we added ketchup. Apparently, he didn't watch me make dinner and add all the ketchup to the skillet.
Another one of his new words is "tookie." He can spot a tookie a mile away. A tookie or a dessert in a 9x13 cakepan. Not kidding.

Ah, how our little ones are thinking (and acting) alike these days! Perhaps they spend too much time together?! ;) haha
Mackie is the same.exact.way with food. She's a champ when it comes to breakfast and usually for lunch, too. Snacks are great as well. But dinner? It's hit or miss. Her fave is chili - she'll eat the entire bowl and more (way more than me!). Her dipes are awful the next day, though.
And for desserts? My child has an addictive sweet tooth, just like her mama!
Love you, friend, and our precious, crazy babes!
Well be thankful he eats a good two meals a day. I hear from lots of moms that that is pretty typical of kids any age - not eating or not eating great for one meal. Hang in there. It's tough - especially when you KNOW they're gonna be starving or wake up early because they are so hungry! Addie just plain old doesn't eat. Breakfast = maybe a few cheerios and a glass of milk. Lunch is her "big meal" and dinner is so-so. JACK, on the other hand, rarely eats dinner.....SO frustrating! We make him at least try bites but cleaning the plate method literally takes HOURS. Ugh.
